Irvine-Finacorp Securities has hired Itai Benosh, formerly a director at Freddie Mac and a debt capital markets banker at Lehman Brothers.

As senior vice president, business development and GSE debt, Mr. Benosh's chief responsibility will be to expand Finacorp's relationship with institutional accounts and provide services to GSE issuers.

The position will be based in New York.

Irvine-Standard Pacific Corp. said that John M. Stephens has been elected chief financial officer and John P. Babel has been elected general counsel and secretary of the company.
