Dalton, Ga - Claire Murray will design a signature collection of rugs to be produced and marketed through Oriental Weavers of America under a new licensing arrangement.
The alliance was confirmed by Paul D'huyvetter, vice president of sales and marketing of Oriental Weavers, and Claire Murray. The rugs will be introduced at next month's Atlanta International Rug Market, D'huyvetter said.
Claire Murray is noted for her hand-hooked rug designs which continue the American handcrafts tradition. Her wool hooked rugs are made in China and sold through the Claire Murray catalog, Claire Murray retail stores and other distribution channels such as gift stores and rug ...
