PALMDALE, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--June 19, 1997--Simulations Plus Inc. (Nasdaq:SIMU) Thursday announced that it has commenced an initial public offering of 1,150,000 shares of its common stock at a price to the public of $5 per share through an underwriting group managed by Waldron & Co. Inc.

These shares are to be issued and sold by the company. An additional 250,000 shares of common stock issuable upon exercise of warrants are being registered for resale on behalf of the selling shareholders.

The company has granted to the underwriters a 45-day option to purchase up to an aggregate of 172,500 shares for the purpose of covering overallotments ...
