Better Business Bureaus Can Help Make Vendor Choices, But Only If You Use Them
The good news, according to the Council of Better Business Bureaus, is that fewer complaints are reported against PC vendors than against franchised automobile dealers, the No. 1 target of consumer grievances nationwide. The bad news is that computer vendors still attract plenty of complaints, ranking eighth among all types of businesses.
