Communications Equity Associates (oCEAo) announced that it advised Desup S.A. (the oCompanyo), a leading Argentine radio broadcaster, and its shareholders on the sale of the Company to local investors.
The Company holds licenses to operate radio stations Aspen (FM) and America (AM) in Buenos Aires City. With an audience share of approximately 4%, Aspen is a leading FM station focusing on Anglo music of the 60's, 70's and 80's. With an audience share of approximately 3%, America is a leading AM station focusing on business and political news. Prior to the closing of this transaction, the Company was operated by Corporacion Interamericana de Entretenimiento S.A.B. ...
