Buckman Laboratories, S.A. de C.V. of Mexico and OmniLytics, Inc. of Salt Lake City, UT announced that they have entered into a collaborative distribution and license agreement with rights to OmniLyticsE AgriPhage product line. The agreement provides Buckman Laboratories with a new line of bacterial control solutions targeting plant diseases within Mexico, Latin America and the Caribbean (see also OmniLytics, Inc.).
