LOS ANGELES, March 10 /PRNewswire/ -- The Mobile Entertainment Forum (MEF), the global trade association for the mobile media industry has appointed Mike Navarre as general manager, MEF Americas. In this role, he will promote the MEF charter to accelerate mobile entertainment adoption, shape regulation and deliver competitive advantage to its members.
