WARSAW. MARCH 9. INTERFAX CENTRAL EUROPE - Polish fertilizer producer ZA Pulawy's potential plans to participate in the privatization of the Lubelski Wegiel Bogdanka (Bogdanka) coal mine could affect its plans to carry out a coal gasification project, according to analysts.
