TASHKENT, March 10 (TCA) Turkish Mimatas Tekstil Sanayi ve Ticaret AS plans to invest US $75 million in 2009-2012 in the textile company, formed on the basis of Andijan Bobur joint stock company. As reported by the Uzbekengilsanoat public joint stock company, the Turkish company has acquired assets of the textile enterprises (a spinning and weaving mill, a dyeing and finishing factory, clothing manufacture), for US $11.4 million with a delay of payments for 10 years. The property complex of the Bobur Open Joint Stock Company was put up for competitive bidding.
