HOUSTON, June 25 /PRNewswire/ -- Ponder Industries, Inc. (Nasdaq: PNDR; BSE: PND) today announced that it voluntarily delisted from the Boston Stock Exchange (BSE) on June 20, 1997. The Company has determined that there has been no economic benefit to being listed on the BSE and will continue its listing on the NASDAQ where all of its stock trades have been completed for the past several years.
