The Fleet and Industrial Supply Center Pearl Harbor's Logistics Support Center (LSC) team developed a new, innovative concept to improve coalition inter-operability and integration during the 21st Rim of the Pacific (RIMPAC) naval exercise, which took place off the coast of Hawaii in Summer 2008.
