Members of the Personal Property Shipping Office (PPSO) at Fleet and Industrial Supply Center (FISC) San Diego predict that the new Web-based Defense Personal Property System (DPS) for arranging household goods (HHG) moves will benefit the service member through its transparency and greater ease of property management.
"When you look at the screens, it is great information that is provided to the member. We discovered that it was really quite easy to do from a customer point of view," said Octavia Fulgham, client services supervisor.
