All-Luminum Products, Inc., best known for manufacturing portable folding tables and beach chairs, has acquired SA Sports Unlimited, a San Antonio, Texas-based manufacturer of cots, beds and tables for camping and a dis- tributor of hunting accessories.
All-Luminum's latest acquisition provides the company with opportunities not only to grow its existing camping business, but to enter into the hunting chair and accessories category, an estimated $50 million business at retail.
This purchase will also facilitate the expansion of All-Luminum's folding chair and outdoor furniture business.
