PUPILS put the finishing touches to a two-year project which has explored how the sea has shaped their coastal community.
Around 200 youngsters from Cullercoats Primary School in North Tyneside have worked on the scheme, run by the village's listed Watch House club and Newcastle University's Dove Marine Laboratory, both of which overlook the bay.
