HONG KONG--(BUSINESS WIRE)--June 24, 1997-- CSCC Casino Software's (VSE:CFA) Roland M. Thomas, President and Chief Executive Officer of CSCC Casino Software Corporation ("CSCC") (CFA - VSE), announced today that it has reached agreement on terms of the financing and joint venture manufacturing agreement with China Everbright Holdings Co. Ltd. ("Everbright").
The agreement, as previously announced, calls for a capital investment of $5,000,000 US by Everbright in CSCC, and to establish a 50/50 manufacturing joint venture.
