Commercial Grounds Care, Inc. (CGC) of Johnson Creek, Wis.--manufacturer of BOB-CAT, Bunton, Ryan and Steiner brand grounds care equipment--and Schiller-Pfeiffer, Inc. (SPI) of Southampton, Pa.--manufacturer of Classen, Little Wonder and Mantis brand gardening, landscaping and turf care equipment--have merged to form Schiller Grounds Care, Inc.
The two companies have been affiliates since August 2006. The merging of CGC and SPI was completed on Jan. 1, 2009, and became effective on Jan. 5, 2009.
