KENNESAW, Ga. -- MicroBilt Corporation, which acquired Pay Rent Build Credit, Inc. (PRBC) at the end of last year, today announced that it is expanding its board of directors to include several former PRBC investors, noted for their expertise in the areas of small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs), microfinance and underserved financial communities.
Michael Nathans, PRBC's founder and now Chief Development Officer of MicroBilt's PRBC Division, and Tom Smith, a founder of Total Technology Ventures, have been added to the board and will have full voting roles.
