A JOINT declaration made by the main Cypriot, Greek and Turkish business organisations yesterday calls for the economic integration of Cyprus.
Michalis Pilikos, Director-General of the Employers' and Industrialists' Federation (OEV), told the Cyprus Mail yesterday that it was "a pleasant surprise" that the four organisations accepted that the solution to the island's economic issues must be economic integration based on EU principles, which implies a single currency and a single central bank.
