Finzer Roller Inc. has purchased the assets of Roll-Crafters, a rubber-covered roll business based in Indianapolis, adding to its growing roll-building capabilities.
Finzer gained inventory, records and some selected equipment, but the gem of the deal was the potential sales revenues it has obtained, said company CEO John Finzer. Details of the acquisition, which closed last month, weren't disclosed.
The Roll-Crafters businesswhich operated out of a leased plant in Indianapoliswill be integrated into Finzer's 18,000-sq.-ft., 20-employee Spencer, Ind., manufacturing site, located about 65 miles away. None of Roll-Crafters' ...
