French firm Eramet (Euronext: ERA) has increased its stake in Norway's Eralloys to 94.6% from 54% in an agreement that will eventually lead to a 100% holding in the firm, Eramet said on Friday (13 March).
Eralloys is formerly a unit of Norway's Tinfos, which specialises in the production of manganese alloys and titanium dioxide slag and the trading of metallurgical products.
