Alliance Tuna International Inc. is raising its stake in its Indonesian joint venture to 80 percent from 70 percent with an additional capital infusion of $100,000.In a disclosure to the Philippine Stock Exchange (PSE) yesterday, ATII corporate information officer Rajat Balain said the firm’s board passed a resolution authorizing the company to raise its take in PT International Alliance Food Indonesia.He said the higher ownership stake becomes effective immediately with partner PR Wailan Pratama continuing to be the other shareholder although its stake has now been reduced from 30 percent to 20 percent.ATII said funds for its additional stake in the ...
