NEWTON, Mass.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--July 1, 1997-- Microfluidics International Corp. (NASDAQ:MFIC) today announced receipt of purchase orders for two M-610 Large Volume Microfluidizer processor systems having a combined sales value of approximately $700,000.
One order was received from an international cosmetics products manufacturer who has already purchased two M-610 production systems. This new system will be installed in Europe. The second order was placed by a leading chemical products company who already has an M-610 System and several smaller scale systems.
