SALT LAKE CITY, July 8 /PRNewswire/ -- A Facility Agreement has been entered into between the World Arena in Colorado Springs, CO and The Show Terminal LLC d.b.a. Neighborhood Box Office (NBO) to supply complete turn-key ticketing operations for the World Arena Currently under constitute slated to open January, 1998. Anticipated gross revenue to NBO in its first year of operation is expected to exceed $1 million, and increase substantially each year thereafter. The term of the agreement is for five years with five year renewal periods.
