Article: Nutreco Nabs $150 Million via RBS.(News)

Netherlands-based grain and feed manufacturer Nutreco Holding N.V. got $150 million worth of private funds yesterday via RBS Greenwich Capital, sources confirmed. The deal marks Nutreco's second trip to the private market since 2004.

The NAIC-1 deal was upsized from $100 million and priced-up in five-, seven-, and 10-year tranches at 525 basis points over Treasurys each. The deal had six investors, three of which were existing investors in Nutreco's private debt.
