The trust (formerly known as Utilico Emerging Markets Utilities Ltd) was launched in 2005 with the objective of identifying undervalued infrastructure assets, including utilities and related sectors.
It has warrants, ordinary shares and 'S' shares trading on London's Aim market, in addition to the Channel Islands and Bermudan Stock Exchanges. (The latter two securities can be held in a Pep or Isa).
