LOS ANGELES -- The international law firm Greenberg Traurig LLP, working with Equal Justice Works, has selected Los Angeles law student Abigail Coursolle as one of its 2009 public interest law fellows. Greenberg Traurig named 10 individuals to receive funding through the Greenberg Traurig Fellowship Foundation to provide legal services pro bono to community programs.
As a fellow, Coursolle will work with Western Center on Law and Poverty, an organization that advances and enforces the rights of low-income Californians in health, housing and public assistance by working statewide for systemic change.
