Men's clothing store to close in Clifton Park
CLIFTON PARK -- S&K Famous Brands said its Clifton Park Center store will close after a liquidation sale that begins next week.
Three other stores in the Capital Region -- in Crossgates Mall, Guilderland; Rotterdam Square Mall; and Wilton Mall -- will continue to operate, said Bryan Kipp, the Richmond, Va.-based company's vice president of marketing.
The company, which sells value-priced men's clothing at 136 stores in 23 states, filed for Chapter 11 bankruptcy reorganization on Feb. 9.
Kipp estimated the liquidation sale at Clifton Park Center would take 30 to 60 days, and said store ...
