NEW YORK, July 15 /PRNewswire/ -- Standard & Poor's today has assigned its 'A-2' rating to National Consumer Cooperative Bank's (doing business as National Cooperative Bank; NCB) proposed $75 million commercial paper program.
At the same time, Standard & Poor's affirms its triple-'B'/'A-2' counterparty and medium-term note program ratings. The outlook remains stable.
