European Court expected to pass Khodorkovsky ruling soon
MOSCOW. March 17 (Interfax) - The defense of Mikhail Khodorkovsky and Platon Lebedev, who are on trial again, expects the European Court of Human Rights to pass an early ruling on the sentences on the two former Yukos co-owners that were passed several years ago and that the two men have not yet served out, a lawyer for Lebedev said on Tuesday.
