PITTSBURGH, July 16 /PRNewswire/ -- Werner Wenning, member of the Board of Management of Bayer AG, Leverkusen, Germany, has been elected to the Board of Directors of Bayer Corporation, Pittsburgh. Wenning succeeds Helmut Loehr, who has retired after serving on the Board for nine years.
