PORTLAND, Ore. -- Knowledge Learning Corporation (KLC) today announced its disappointment with the rejection of its proposed $13.50 per share price by the Nobel Learning Communities, Inc. (NASDAQ:NLCI), Board of Directors. On March 10, 2009, KLC had made a proposal of $13.50 per share which was not accepted by the Nobel Board of Directors. On March 18, 2009, KLC was notified by letter that the Nobel Board of Directors had rejected its March 10th proposal. KLC responded on March 18th with a letter to George Bernstein, President and Chief Executive Officer, Nobel Learning Communities.
