PRESS: Polish coal miner KHW to issue bonds for total value of PLN 900 mln in Q2 '09

WARSAW. MARCH 18. INTERFAX CENTRAL EUROPE - Polish coal miner Katowicki Holding Weglowy (KHW) will issue bonds for a total value of PLN 900 mln in the second quarter of the year, according to the daily Rzeczpospolita.

"KHW will issue bonds for a total PLN 900 mln," the daily wrote on Wednesday. "The issue will begin in the second quarter of the year, while first buyouts will take place in 2010."

During buyout of the bonds it will be possible to get either cash or coal.
