A commercial photographer who started his career shooting album covers of Motown stars is using digital technology to carve a niche in the food service industry.
After 33 years in the business, Jim Hendin is abandoning chemical-based photography for the advantages of digital: customizing to a customer's needs, acting as an off-site studio for anyone in the world and transmitting images through e-mail and the Internet.
