MELVILLE, N.Y.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--July 21, 1997--FONAR Corporation (FONR-NASDAQ) announced today the sale of two of its QUAD(TM) 12000 high-field Open MRI scanners - one for installation in a hospital in Saudi Arabia, the other in a free-standing clinic in Pennsylvania. The total value of these two sales is $1,665,000. Both MRI systems are scheduled for fall delivery.
