Clay Goodwin played baseball for three years under Dave Van Horn. Goodwin is now in his third season working in one capacity or another for Van Horn. And when you get right down to it, there's not a whole lot of difference between the two.

Pleasing Van Horn isn't complicated. He's working hard to make the Razorbacks a success and he demands those around him do the same.
