Most Taosenos have probably sampled food bearing the "Oso Good" label, but they may not be aware of the unique local entity that is behind it.

The Taos County Economic Development Corp. has operated its food center for a dozen years. The center now consists of a 5,000-square-foot commercial kitchen, classes and a support system that can help people package and market their creations.
