Shareholders of H & M Hennes & Mauritz AB (publ) are hereby invited to the Annual General Meeting (AGM) on Monday 4 May at 3 p.m., at the Stockholmsmassan (Victoriahallen), Alvsjo, Stockholm.

NOTICE OF ATTENDANCE
