Before office photocopiers cranked into overdrive and the talk of upsets began dominating, seemingly, every conversation, several items could have been immediately taken away from the announcement of the field for this season's NCAA tournament. The best conference did something that had never been done previously. This year's NCAA tournament is far from an inclusive event. And the tournament selection committee once again rewarded teams that challenged themselves and had little mercy on those that didn't.
