(ADP News) - Mar 23, 2009 - Saudi Arabia's Al Othaim Real Estate Investment & Development Co (ORIDCO), part of Al Othaim Holding, has oficially opened Al Othaim Mall Khurais, a SAR 250 million (USD 66.7m/EUR 48.7m) mall in the capital Riyadh, local Al Riyadh daily reported yesterday.

The new mall has an area of 53,000 sq m and comprises some 250 outlets and 25 restaurants and cafes.

Besides Al Othaim Mall Khurais, ORIDCO currently operates another four malls in Saudi Arabia. These are Rabwa Mall, also in Riyadh, and one in each of Buraida, al-Ehsa and Dammam. By 2010, the company plans to bring the total number to nine, by opening five malls in Madina, ...
