MILPITAS, Calif.--(BW HealthWire)--July 23, 1997--ADAC Laboratories (NASDAQ:ADAC), the world market share leader in nuclear medicine, today announced record results for its third fiscal quarter of 1997 ended June 29, 1997. The Company reported a 25 percent increase in earnings per share and its eleventh consecutive quarterly revenue and operating income increase, excluding the effect of the previously announced $5.9 million one-time charge for in-process research and development related to the purchase of Cortet, Inc. and certain uncompleted acquisition costs and related expenses.
