The Defense Acquisition University's Mid-Atlantic Region (DAU MA) CON 234 Contingency Contracting Course was held at the Defense Contracting Management Agency (DCMA) in Baltimore, Md., on March 19-29, 2007.
The guest speaker, Reserve CDR Julie A. Hammond, SC, USN, spoke to twenty-four acquisition professionals in the DCMA Baltimore headquarters on the "Iraqi First Program." She recently returned from a one-year tour at the Joint Contracting Command in Iraq and Afghanistan.
