USS Abraham Lincoln (CVN 72) Expeditionary Carrier Strike Group recently embarked on their seven month deployment. USNS Niagara Falls (T-AFS 3), along with USNS John Ericsson (T-AO 194) were there to meet them as they made their way through Commander, 7th Fleet, providing fuel and stores for the "Abe" Carrier Strike Group.
Niagara Falls anxiously anticipated their final rendezvous with the carrier strike group in what would become an historic moment for the two ships.
