It has been well over a year since I detached from my first ship, but I still catch myself calling her "my" ship. When I received the orders in Athens, Ga., to be the supply officer on board the high speed catamaran HSV 2 Swift, very few people knew what it was, myself included. But after some research, I realized I was going to the Navy's newest, fastest, and most unique ship.
