The Naval Special Warfare community is home to the Navy's SEALS, the elite commando units that are at the tip of the spear in Iraq, Afghanistan, and other locales around the world. Recently NSW logisticians and program managers achieved success by establishing and implementing a Distance Support program aboard the Joint Venture, a High Speed Vessel (HSV) used as an afloat staging base.
