The officers pictured at right completed the academic portion of the Lean Six Sigma (Green Belt) certification while at Naval Postgraduate School (NPS), Monterey, Calif.
The Masters of Business Administration (Logistics) program at NPS affords officers who complete the Supply Chain Management curriculum three Additional Qualification Designations (AQD): 819-Supply Chain Management, 814-Transportation, 827-Material Logistics Support; as well as Defense Acquisition Workforce Improvement Act (DAWIA) academic completion certificates in the Acquisition, Program Management and Life Cycle Logistics career fields (ACQ 101, ACQ 201, PMT 250, ...
