LOS ANGELES, HOUSTON and ATLANTA, July 28 /PRNewswire/ -- Apollo Management, L.P., Living Centers of America, Inc. (NYSE: LCA), and GranCare, Inc. (NYSE: GC) today announced the appointment of Keith B. Pitts as Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of the new combined company upon completion of the previously announced recapitalization and merger transaction. In this role, Pitts will be responsible for leading one of the largest providers of long- term care services in the United States, with pro forma revenues of approximately $1.9 billion.
