SHANGHAI, March 25 Asia Pulse - China's Ministry of Science and Technology (MST) and Ministry of Finance (MOF) have jointly established a testing station for new energy vehicles, along with related standards for new energy vehicles, according to Liu Jiugui, deputy director of MST's Department for New and High Technology and Industrialization.

The ministries have also jointly released a document to provide subsidies to cities employing new energy vehicles.
