BRUCE -- United Chair, owned by Haworth Inc., has unveiled plans to add at least 125 new jobs at its Bruce, Miss., facility, which currently employs approximately 180 people.
The new jobs at the Bruce facility are the result of a consolidation in North American operations for Haworth. The new jobs at the Bruce plant will have an average wage rate of $13.44 per hour.
The Mississippi Development Authority (MDA) has provided $500,000 to assist with infrastructure improvements and to defray the cost of relocating equipment from Michigan. In ...
