Olongapo City, Philippines--On a recent visit to Subic Bay, Philippines, USNS Niagara Falls (T-AFS 3) Supply Corps officers, LT Rick Legaspi, LTJG "Ace" Asuncion, and ENS Stephanie Titus, joined 17 military detachment and Civil Service Mariners and completed a community relations project at a school in Olongapo City. Military detachment Petty Officers, PS1 (SW) Kunal Patel, Niagara Falls Community Relations Officer, and SK2 Manolo Decastro, arranged a visit to the New Cabalan Elementary School to deliver Project Handclasp educational and recreational materials to provide some much needed refurbishment.
