Mrs. Sandra L. Leggieri, Naval Inventory Control Point's Vice Commander since its inception in October 1995, retired March 3 following more than 33 years of dedicated government service at the NAVICP.
Leggieri joined the Senior Executive Service in April 1996, when she was selected as the first Vice Commander of the newly established Naval Inventory Control Point. The NAVICP was established with the unification of the Naval Aviation Supply Office (ASO), Philadelphia, and the Navy Ships Parts Control Center (SPCC), Mechanicsburg, Pa. as a single, virtual organization.
